FROZEN VEGETABLES CHART
1. Place vegetables in a medium/large Microwave safe glass bowl or ceramic dish. Cover with plastic wrap
and pierce with a fork or cover with lid.
2. Halfway through cooking, stir the vegetables to allow for even cooking.
3. Allow vegetables to stand for 2 minutes before draining any water and then serve.
