MANUAL OPERATIONS
Your oven can be programmed for up to 3 automatic
cooking sequences, switching from one variable
power setting to another automatically.
Note that POWER LEVEL must be entered fi rst
when programming sequence cooking.
* Suppose you want to cook for 10 minutes at 50%
(MEDIUM power) followed by 5 minutes at 100%
(HIGH power).
Step Procedure
1
Select desired power level by pressing
the POWER LEVEL pad (for 50% press
three times).

Enter desired cooking time.

For second sequence, select desired power
level (for 100% press the POWER LEVEL
pad once).

Enter desired cooking time.

Press the INSTANT COOK/START pad.
The timer begins to count down to zero.
When it reaches zero, the second sequence
will appear and the timer will begin
counting down to zero again.
For your convenience, Sharp’s Instant Cook allows
you to easily cook for one minute at 100% (HIGH
power).
Step Procedure
1
Press the INSTANT COOK/START pad.
(Within 3 minutes of closing the door.)
The timer begins to count down.
Press the INSTANT COOK/ START pad until desired
time is displayed.
Each time the pad is pressed, the cooking time is
increased by 1 minute.
