CROQUE MONSIEUR
Total cooking time: approx. 6 minutes 
Ingredients
2   Slices of toast 
20 g   Butter
1-2   Cheese slices
  (depending on the size of the toast) 
1   Slice of cooked ham 
1 tbsp   Créme fraîche
approx.30 g grated cheese 
1.  Spread butter on the slices of toast. 
2.  Place the cheese and then the ham on a slice of 
toast. Coat with Créme fraîche. 
3.  Cover with the second slice of toast and sprinkle 
with the grated cheese.
  Put the croque on the revolving plate and cook.

PLUMS IN A BACON COVER 
Total cooking time: 3-5 minutes
Ingredients
8 Slices of bacon 
16   Dried plums 
1.  Cut the bacon slices in the middle. Roll the plums in 
half slices and fix with the wooden skewers. Place 
on the revolving plate and cook.

Total cooking time: 6-7 minutes 
Ingredients
100 g  TK puff pastry (approx.1 plate), defrosted 
1 Egg yolk
  Salt, Pepper, Nutmeg 
30 g  grated Emmental cheese 
20 g  grated Parmesan cheese 
1.  Roll out the puff pastry until thin.
2  Mix the egg yolk with the herbs and coat the dough 
with it. Cut into approx. 1cm x 7cm long strips.

SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH ONIONS AND BACON 
Total cooking time: 4-6 minutes 
Ingredients
5-10 g   Margarine 
25 g   Onions (150 g), chopped finely
40 g   Bacon
3   Eggs
3 tbsp   Milk
 Salt, Pepper
1.  Spread the fat, onions and bacon on the revolving 
plate and steam.
  2-3 Min.

2.  Beat the eggs with the milk and herbs. Pour the egg-
milk mixture over the onions and bacon and allow 
to set.

  Stir the scrambled eggs from time to time.
HAMBURGER
Total cooking time: 11-15 minutes 
Ingredients
400 g   Minced beef
 Salt, Pepper
1.  Knead the ingredients into a smooth mince roll.
2.  Shape four equally sized flat meatballs with cold 
hands. Place the meatballs on the revolving plate 
and cook.
