OUTER FRAME ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

1. Remove the five (5) screws.
2. Open the door , push the two hooks of lower frame by
using flat type screw driver and pull the sash to front side.
3. Remove other hooks of top, right and left side and then

DOOR REPLACEMENT AND ADJUSTMENT
DOOR REPLACEMENT
1. CARRY OUT 3D CHECKS.
2. Remove turntable tray and turntable support from oven
cavity.
3. Remove the outer frame assembly. referring to “Outer
Frame Assembly Removal”.
4. Remove the door cam spring and door cam from the
base plate.
5. Loosen three (3) screws on the right oven hinge. remove
the three (3) screws holding the left hinge and remove
the door assembly.
6. Door assembly is now free.
NOTE:When individual parts are replaced. refer to “Door
Disassembly”.
7. On re-installing door, insert the right oven hinge into the
door hinge pin.
8. Then while holding door in place. Make sure door is par-
allel with oven face lines (left and upper side lines) and
the door latch heads pass through the latch holes cor-
rectly.
9. Insert the left oven hinge to the base plate and the
door hinge pin.
lO.Then secure the right and left hinges firmly with the
six $3) mounting screws. Then secure the outer
frame sash.
NOTE:After any service to the door:
Make sure that the right latch, left latch, stop and
monitor switches are operating properly. (Refer
to chapter “Test Procedures”.)
