Screw the Silentblock Hooks into the desired new position.

Drill the marked surface and screw the fixing brackets through the oval holes.
Loosen the wing-nuts and leave 1 cm of
space
Place on top of the guide and slide
until it engages with the threaded
rod.
Tighten the wing-nuts
