10. Shelf
To raise the shelf, squeeze both spring loaded release handles, these are situated to the
shelf underside on the left and right hand sides. Lift the shelf until it is level, once in
position release the handles and ensure that the handles have locked in position.
To fold the shelf down, squeeze both release handles and gently lower it down.
11. Head and Foot Ends
Your cot comes with removable head and foot ends, allowing for four sided carer
access to the mattress platform. To remove the ends simply lift the frame out of the
location tubes.
The head and foot ends can also be specified to have a break in and out section
(optional extra) allowing for tube access to the patient, whilst keeping the ends in
position. To position the tubes through the gap in the head/foot end, lift the green latch,
position the tubes through the gap and then re-close the latch.
