4 NK8000 application examples
4.1 Local system
Most of the sites where a management station is installed are local systems.
Examples for local systems are:
- Hotels
- Office buildings
- Shopping centres
- Public buildings (such as museums)
The following figure shows the various subsystem connections of an NK82xx in a local
system.

The management station is connected via TCP/IP LAN to the NK8235 for the centrali-
sation of:
- DF8000 digital I/O System (RS485 party lines for multiple units (directly con-
nected or via IC-2 converter)
- CCTV SIMATRIX crossbar or Philips-Burle
- Cerloop network via MK7022 (CS11 AlgoRex, CZ10, STT11, STT20, STT2410
(Système de Télécommande et Télésignalisation), CC60 (Gas), CS440, CS4,
CZ12 intrusion control units, and DMS7000 units)
- CS6 Guarto unit on the LON line
- Serial connection to CS11 AlgoRex, FC700A, XLS, SIGMASYS, D100, CZ10,
CC60 (Gas), SI410/420, CS440, CS4, and CZ12 intrusion control units
Optionally, DF80xx modules can also be installed on the local I

C bus.
