How to troubleshoot initialization errors in Siemens Industrial Equipment?
- CCarla JacobsonAug 3, 2025
If you're experiencing initialization errors with your Siemens Industrial Equipment, begin by verifying the power supply. Ensure the power socket is functional and that the equipment is receiving the correct voltage (e.g., 220V AC). Check the power cable and plug, including the cable winch and line filter. For hybrid models, confirm the operating mode switch SW2 is correctly positioned. Examine the main switch SW1 and relay K22. Inspect fuses F7 and F8 on board D927, and for hybrid/digital models, check fuses F1 and F2 on the battery charger D982. Also, verify the input voltage of power supplies U1, U2, U3 and U4, and check fuse F1 of power supplies U1 and U2. Finally, check the cable connections between power supplies U2 and D927, D927 and D916, and U2 and D916.
