8.3 On-site servicing
Qualified specialists can offer an on-site repair and maintenance service to increase the availability
of your plant. Repair and/or maintenance support can be charged according to time and cost or
provided within the scope of a service contract at a flat rate. Services charged on a time/cost basis
will be available within the normal working hours of the relevant region subject to an appropriate
call-out period.
