12.3 Firmware update
The following options are available for updating the firmware of the communication modules
and the readers connected to them:
● Using WBM
● Using the TIA Portal (STEP 7 Basic / Professional V15.1 or higher)
In addition, the firmware of the readers connected to the communication module can be
updated. The firmware of the readers is updated using the TIA Portal (STEP 7 Basic /
Professional V15.1 or higher).
