Mounting the handles
This section describes how to mount the handles on a PRO device or in combination with an Extension Unit /
Extension Unit box. Most of the figures show the mounting on a PRO device for support arm (extensible, round tube) with a
bottom cover. Mounting on a PRO device for pedestal (extendable, flange bottom) with a base adapter is carried out in the
same way. In this case, instead of the bottom cover shown in the figure, use the base adapter and apply the torque for the
screws of the base adapter.
Mounting handles from below or above directly on a device
Note
The mounting of handles from above as shown in the figure on the right is the only permissible mounting variant on a PRO
device for support arm (not exten
dable, flange top). The mounting of an Extension Unit or a keyboard tray above a PRO
device for support arm (extendable, flange top) is not
permissible.
Mounting handles between device and Extension Unit / Extension Unit box
If you use a base adapter instead of the bottom cover, the following torque applies to the 4 screws of the base adapter:
Torque 2.5 Nm.
