MRES 0 0 0 Module memory reset/restoring D410 to factory settings
Regardless of the operating sequence, you can use the MRES switch setting to
- reset the SIMOTION D410 memory or
- restore the SIMOTION D410 to its factory settings.
With V4.1 SP2 and higher, MRES is only used if no service function has been selected
(i.e. switches S1 to S7 must remain OFF (0)).
For additional details on the operating sequence, refer to the
SIMOTION D410
Commissioning Manual.
(no switches = ON)
Note
In the "RUN" setting (S1, S2, and S3 = ON; S4 to S7 = OFF), you can even control the
SIMOTION D410 operating mode using the SIMOTION SCOUT engineering system. This
means that it is not necessary to adjust the DIP switch in order to change the operating mode.
