Procedure
To connect the coupling unit to the evaluation unit, proceed as follows:
1. Use a Teflon cable that is suitable for the voltage and is short-circuit proof.
Note
The dielectric strength of the Teflon cable must be at least equal to that of the motor feeder
cable.
2. Use a Teflon cable to connect the terminal in the power unit to the evaluation unit in the
closed-loop control cabinet. Connect terminal DA-X101:14 of the coupling unit -A801 with
the following terminals of the evaluation unit.
– Connection points, system 1: terminal DD-X3430:1 of the evaluation unit -A1130
– Connection points, system 2: terminal DD-X3430:2 of the evaluation unit -A1131
Note
When assigning the connection points, deviations can occur. Precise information is
provided in the circuit diagrams and terminal diagrams.
6.6 Connecting the closed-loop control
6.6.1 Connecting ground
Each cabinet has a grounding lug for grounding the components installed in the cabinet. It is
located at the bottom of the cabinet. Connect the cabinets securely to the plant grounding
system via these grounding lugs.
