5.23 FX 7 Part program simulation
M06 M signal for tool change
This signal is evaluated by FX 7 if the magazine defined in the extended T address or
block parameter "MANR" is not a turret. If the magazine is not a turret, a read-in
disable is output for the time between M06 and the end of the D number entry into R
parameters R101 to R109.
ENDE M02/M30/Reset (NC channel DB, D13.14)
If this signal is set with 1 in the NC channel concerned, FX 7 is initialized (part
program terminated).
RESE Reset (NC channel DB, D 0.14)
If an error occurs, the simulation block FX 7 aborts the NC part program by
outputting a reset to the NC channel concerned (MD 251 or 252).
F-T Current T number if error occurs
If block parameter "F" carries a 1 signal, the current T number is stored as a fixed-
point number in DB 150, DW 270 (high word) and DW 271 (low word).
F-NR Error number
If block parameter "F" carries a 1 signal, the corresponding error number is stored in
DB 150, DW 269.
Definitio
n of error numbers:
1 : Magazine number greater than 16 parameterized (either in block parameter
"MANR" or extended T address).
2 : Two different T numbers have occurred in direct succession (@ 714 is missing
from part program or parameter "ESP" has been routed incorrectly).
3 : Error during tool search (FB111). The precise cause of error is given in FB111
(DB150, DR246).
4 : Tool with the T number specified in DB 150, DW 270/271 was not found in the
relevant magazine (in the case of chained magazines, in the relevant
magazines).
5 : Error during D number transfer to R parameters R101 to R109 (FB 135). The
exact cause of error is given in the FB 135 error word (DB 150, DR 84).
Program example:
The part program which is running in NC channel 17 (A-NR = 1) is to be simulated with FX
7:SIMULATION. FX 7 must be processed cyclically.
A-NR = 1 MD 251 = 4 (Number of NC channel in which the simulation results are
output).
Simulation channel = 17
