MANR Submagazine number
When MANR = 1...16

, the input parameter states the submagazine number for
which the machine data bits are transferred from DB61 to output parameter MD-B.
When MANR = 0, the global machine data bits are output at output parameter MD-B.
MD-B Machine data bits
When MANR = 1...16

: MD-B = submagazine-specific machine data bits
When MANR = 1...4: MD-B = global machine data bits
F Error bit
The error output carries a "1 signal" when the specified magazine number > 16
