8.2 Creating the SINUMERIK controller
Prerequisite
Determine the following:
● IP address/MAC address of the SINUMERIK controller
● Suitable machine designation
Procedure
1. On the start page of SINUMERIK Integrate, click on "Plant managemant".
- OR -
Open the following URL on the server: Plant management (https://{ServerIP}/configure-
plant)
2. Click the "Create" button.
3. Create a new machine and enter the IP/MAC address that has been determined and a
suitable machine designation/name.
4. Reload the page.
5. The newly created machine is shown in the overview without a connection state.
