TO REMOVE THE BATTERY

Slide the Release lever to the OPEN
position, and open the Battery / Card
Cover as shown in the illustration.

Eject the battery by sliding the battery
compartment cover latch in the direction
of the arrow, as shown in the illustration.
WARNING!!
 While the Busy Lamp is on, please do not open the Battery Cover
or Card Cover. By doing so, the camera will turn off and result in
data loss. This could also cause damage to the camera and/or
memory card.
