Using your Fitness Wristband’s Bluetooth

interface, you can transfer
your saved data to an smartphone (iOS and Android

) and evaluate it
there. To do this, all you require is the free ”HealthForYou” app on your
smartphone.
How do I synchronise my data with the app?
To transfer data from your Fitness Wristband to the ”HealthForYou” app,
follow the instructions in the section ”Transferring data to your smartphone”.
Data transfer to smartphone is not working.
This could have various different causes:
– Check that your smartphone / tablet is compatible with the
”HealthForYou” app.
– The Fitness Wristband is in ”Sleep mode”. To exit ”Sleep mode”,
hold
the “Touch“ button down for 3 seconds. The query screen ”WAKE
