– The battery of the fitness wristband is flat. If the fitness wristband
will not turn on, charge it using the included USB charging cable.
– Check that you are using the correct app. It is only possible to
transfer data using the ”HealthForYou” app.
– The fitness wristband is connected to a different smartphone. Discon-
nect the fitness wristband from one smartphone before you connect
it with another.
– iPhone:
If you are using an iPhone and the Bluetooth
®
connection is not
working, disconnect the Bluetooth
®
connection from within the
”HealthForYou” app.
Then go to Bluetooth
®
in the settings folder of your phone and
delete the ”SAS 89” from the list of connected Bluetooth
®
devices.

ow reconnect the ”SAS 89” via Bluetooth

using the ”HealthForYou” app.
