WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years or
older and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge,
if they are supervised or have been instructed in the safe use
of the appliance and understand the potential risks.
► Cleaning and user maintenance tasks may not be carried
out by children unless they are aged 8 or older and are
supervised.
► The appliance and its mains cable must be kept away from
children younger than 8 years old.
► Children must not play with the appliance.
► Use the appliance only on a stable, non-slippery and level
surface.
► Risk of fire! To prevent fire or overheating of the appliance
and to ensure an optimal drying process:
– Ensure sufficient ventilation. Maintain a minimum distance
of at least 30cm on all sides.
– Do not place the appliance under or near flammable
objects such as curtains or wall appliances.
– Do not cover the appliance and keep the ventilation
slits on the upper side free of any obstruction.
– Do not cover the grid shelves of the containers completely
(e.g. with aluminium foil or similar).
► Risk of burns! After use, the surfaces of the appliance will still
have some residual heat.
► The appliance and the food being dried get very hot during
operation. Always allow both to cool down before removing
the dried food or cleaning the appliance.
► Use the appliance only for its intended purpose.
There is a risk of injury if the appliance is misused!
