Safety information
WARNING! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
► To avoid hazards: if the mains cable of this tool is damaged,
it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its customer
service department or by a similarly qualified person in
order.
► Use the appliance only in dry rooms; never use it outdoors
or in moist environments.
► Never immerse the appliance and its mains cable in
water or any other liquid! Otherwise there is a risk of
an electric shock.
► During cleaning, make sure that no water gets into the appli-
ance. Never clean the appliance under running water.
► If any liquid gets into the housing, disconnect the appliance
from the mains power socket immediately and have it re-
paired by a qualified technician.
► Ensure that the mains cable never gets wet or damp when
the appliance is in use. Route the cable so that it cannot be
trapped or damaged in any way.
► After every use, before cleaning, or if there is an operational
fault, disconnect the mains plug from the power socket.
► Always disconnect the power cable from the mains socket
by pulling on the plug, not on the power cable itself.
► Never operate an appliance that has been dropped or is
damaged. Have the appliance checked and/or repaired
by qualified technicians if necessary.
► Never open the housing of the appliance. None of the
components in the appliance can be serviced or replaced
by the user.
