SKHO 50 B2
Pairing/unpairing the headphones with a Bluetooth
®
device
Before you can use the headphones with the Bluetooth
®
function, you must pair them with a
compatible Bluetooth
®
device.
Switch on the headphones as described above to activate pairing mode.
Set the Bluetooth
®
playback device so that it scans for Bluetooth
®
devices. A
detailed description of how to do this can be found in the operating manual for your
Bluetooth
®
playback device.
Select the entry SKHO 50 B2 from the list of devices found on your Bluetooth
®
playback device and, if required, enter the code 0000 to connect the two devices.
If the pairing is successful, you will hear a rising series of beeps and the operating
LED 7 flashes blue twice at 3-second intervals.
To terminate the Bluetooth
®
connection, either disable the Bluetooth
®
function
on the Bluetooth
®
playback device or hold down the Bluetooth
®
pairing button
6
for about 2 seconds until the operating LED 7 flashes orange and blue alter-
nately. The headphones are now in pairing mode again.
Alternatively, switch the headphones off as described above to deactivate the
Bluetooth
®
function.
NOTE
The next time you turn on the headphones, they will automatically connect to the last
Bluetooth
®
playback device that was connected. If your Bluetooth
®
playback de-
vice does not automatically reconnect to the headphones, you will have to re-establish
the connection manually. A detailed description of how to do this can be found in the
operating manual for your Bluetooth
®
playback device.
If no Bluetooth
®
connection can be made within 6 minutes, pairing mode ends and
the headphones switch off automatically.
If there is an existing Bluetooth
®
connection but no music playback within 10 min-
utes, the headphones switch off automatically.
Ensure that the headphones are no more than 10 metres away from the Bluetooth
®
playback device. Make sure that there are no barriers or electronic devices placed
between them.
As soon as you connect the AUX IN socket 8 to the audio cable w, the
Bluetooth
®
function is deactivated and the headphones change to AUX IN mode.
The Bluetooth
®
function can only be reactivated once you remove the audio cable w
from the AUX IN socket 8.
