Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the speaker to a
compatible external Bluetooth
®
playback
device, proceed as follows:
Possible cause Remedy

device.
Activate the Blue-
tooth

function
on the external
playback device.
The 3.5 mm jack
cable

nected to the AUX
input w on the
speaker.
Remove the 3.5 mm
jack cable t from
the AUX input w
on the speaker.
The speaker is
still connected to
another external
playback device.
Terminate the con-
nection to the other
external playback
device.
