The following table will help you to identify
and rectify further possible faults:

speaker

switch
on.
The internal
battery is
empty.
Charge the
internal battery
(see section
Charging

battery)
No
sound.
The speaker
is not
switched on.
Press and hold
the
button
2 for about
2 seconds
to switch the
speaker on.
The volume
is set to
minimum.
Set the desired
volume with
the
button
6. If nec-
essary, also
increase the
volume on the
external play-
back device.
