The symbols of the cooking process being used

screen 1. The programmed time counts down. When the set time has elapsed,
"End" and "Hot" will appear alternately in the display 1. You will hear a series
of beeps.
Convection operation
When cooking with convection, hot air circulates in the oven. Hot air is especially
recommended for cooking gratins or crispy dishes. You can set a temperature of
110°C–200°C and a maximum cooking time of 95 minutes.
1) Press the convection button 0
. "200C" (= 200°C) appears on the
display 1 and the convection symbol .
2) Turn the control dial r
to select the required temperature and confirm
your selection by pressing the start/quick start button r .
3) Set the required cooking time with the control dial r
.
4) To start the cooking process, press the start/quick start button r
.
The convection symbol
appears on the display 1. The programmed time
counts down. When the set time has elapsed, "End" and "Hot" will appear alter-
nately in the display 1.
You will hear a series of beeps.
Convection operation with preheating
You can also preheat your microwave before you start a cooking process:
1) Select the desired temperature by pressing the convection button 0
once and use the control dial r set the desired temperature. Do NOT
confirm this setting by pressing the start/quick start button r .
2) To start preheating, press the convection button 0
. "30:00" appears
on the display 1 and the convection symbol flashes. The time starts
counting down. As soon as the set temperature has been reached, you will
hear a beep and the time will stop.
3) Open the door and place the food to be cooked inside.
