CAUTION! Risk of burns! Always use oven cloths or mitts to remove the steamer insert [] from
the cooking pot

NOTE: Make sure the cooking pot [] is placed properly into the main unit []. Otherwise, the shut-
off function may be triggered and the product cannot switch on.
1. Pour the desired quantity of water into the cooking pot

Broccoli 200 g 2 20 min Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Carrots, asparagus,
baby corn
250 g 2 25 min Cut the carrots into small pieces.
Corn 300 g 2 20 min Husk the corn and remove the
corn silk.
Mushrooms 200 g 1 20 min Cut into halves.
Seafood/Fish/Meat
Prawns (cook until
pink)

Mussels (cook until
they are open)
150 g 1 10 min
Oysters 250 g 2 30 min
Fish fillet (salmon) 250 g 2 20 min Marinate with seasoning
(depending on your preferences).
Chicken fillet 250 g 2 20 min Marinate with seasoning
(depending on your preferences).

2. Place the food to be steamed in the steamer insert
[].
3. Place the steamer insert
[] onto the cooking pot [].
4. Close the lid
[1] and press the cooking button [4] down.
The yellow indicator
[3] goes out.
The red indicator
[2] lights up.
5. When the suggested steaming time has elapsed, push the cooking button
[4] upwards.

[2] goes out.
The yellow indicator
[3] lights up.
6. Remove the steamed food and serve.
7. Set the on/off switch
[] to O.
8. Disconnect the mains plug
[] from the socket-outlet.
9. Disconnect the detachable mains cord
[] from the main unit [].
