6.4 Whisk
Application area:
The whisk is suitable for beating whipped
cream (max. 300 ml), egg whites (max. 4)
and food of a similarly light consistency.
1. Put the cream, egg whites or similar
into the measuring beaker|21 or anoth-
er suitable container.
2. Immerse the whisk|6 into the cream or
similar.
3. Connect the mains plug|3 with the wall
socket.
4. Press the controller|2 to switch the de-
vice on and release it to switch off.
5. After whipping remove the mains plug|
3
and take the whisk|

out of the food.
6. Remove the whisk|6 from the whisk
adapter|5.
7. Clean the device immediately if possible.
6.5 Masher
Application area:
The masher|23 is suited to mash cooked
fruit or vegetables such as apples, plums,
potatoes or sweet potatoes.
1. Fill food into a suitable container.
2. Place the motor unit|1 on the mash-
er|23 until it engages.
3. Immerse the masher|23 into the food to
be pureed/blended.
4. Connect the mains plug|3 with the wall
socket.
5. Press the controller|2 to switch the de-
vice on. The speed increases with the
intensity the controller is pressed.
6. Move the hand masher|23 up and
down a bit in the food, to ensure that it
is blended evenly.
7. When you are finished, let go of the
controller|2.
8. After the mixing process, wait until the
blade comes to a standstill. Pull out the
mains plug|3 and take the masher|23
out of the food.
9. Clean the device immediately if possible.
6.6 Chopper
Application area:
The chopper is ideal for chopping meat, Par-
mesan, vegetables, fruit, nuts and herbs.
Preparing food:
Rinse or wash the food.
Cut the food up into smaller pieces.
Remove the outer shell from nuts. You
may use the inner skin if you wish, e.g.
with almonds.
Use fresh herbs without stems and in a
dry condition.
Remove sinews, bones and gristle from
the meat.
1. Fill the food into the container|26 with
blade assembly|27 and close it with
the drive cover|28.
2. Place the motor unit|1 onto the drive
cover|28 until it engages.
3. Connect the mains plug|3 with the wall
socket.
4. Press the controller|2 to switch the de-
vice on and release it to switch off.
5. After chopping remove the mains
plug|3 and remove the motor unit|1
from the drive cover|28.
6. Loosen the drive cover|
28
by turning it an-
ticlockwise.
7. Clean the device immediately if possible.
