Sweet fruit spread
2 to 4persons
Ingredients:
250 g strawberries or other fruit (fresh or
frozen)
1 packet (about 125g) preserving sugar
without cooking
1 dash of lemon juice
1 pinch of the pulp of a vanilla pod
Preparation:
Wash and clean the strawberries. At the
same time remove the green stems. Drain well
in a colander, so that you get rid of excess
water and the spread is not too watery. Slice
larger strawberries into small pieces.
Weigh 250g of strawberries and place in
the container [8].
Add 1 dash of lemon juice.
If desired, scrape out and add the pulp of a
vanilla pod.
Add the contents of the packet of preserving
sugar without cooking and mix thoroughly
with the hand blender

for 45 bis
60seconds. If large chunks should remain
in the container [8], let the mixture stand for
1minute and then mix it again for 1minute.
Enjoy the fruit spread straight away or pour
it into a glass jar with a screw cap and firmly
seal it.
Almond, walnut cream
2 to 4 persons
Ingredients:
40 g almond
40 g walnut
Water, granulated sugar (appropriate
amount)
Preparation:
Crush the almonds and walnuts for
30 seconds in the container [8].
Pour the ingredients into a cooker and add in
water so that the food is well covered. Cook
everything to boil, season with small pieces
of granulated sugar and continuously boil
and stir the mixture until sugar has melted
completely.
Mayonnaise
2 to 4 persons
Ingredients:
250 g neutral vegetable oil, e. g. rapeseed
oil.
1 egg (yolk and egg white)
15 g mild vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation:
Place the egg and lemon juice in the
measuring cup

and hold the TURBO switch.
Add the oil with a speed of 100 g/min,
so that the oil combines with the other
ingredients.
