I cannot find the Bluetooth name of the product on my
Bluetooth device.
Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth device.
Re-pair the product with your Bluetooth device.
What should I do if the mobile device is not being charged ?
Check that the mobile device has Qi wireless charging technology. If
necessary, charge the device via USB cable.
Check the mobile device is placed horizontally on the center position of
the charging pad.
Check that no foreign object is blocking the charging.
Check whether the mobile device is removed from the protective cover
