3 USAGE WITH OR WITHOUT CARBON FILTER
You may use this device in exhaust air mode or air
circulation mode.
Exhaust air mode
Absorbed air is cleaned by oil filters and expelled via a pipe
system.Fig. 4
NOTICE!
Exhaust air should never be transferred to an
active fume or exhaust gas flue nor should it be
transferred to a chimney used to ventilate the
areas where heating sources are installed.
n If the exhaust air is required to be transferred to a deactivated
fume or exhaust gas flue, you should get permission from the
authorized master chimney cleaner.
n If the exhaust air is sent out over the outer wall, a telescopic
wall safe should be used.
Air circulation mode
Absorbed air is cleaned by the oil filters and active
carbon filter and resent into the kitchen.Fig. 5
You need to attach an active carbon filter to con-
tain the substances that give off the smell in the air
circulation mode. Consult your authorized dealer
for the different possibilities required to operate the
device in air circulation mode. You can obtain the
accessories required for this process at related
outlets, authorized service or via an online sales
center.
