MOWER OFF-SEASON STORAGE
(To protect your mower, store it in an!
(enclosed dry area. To prepare the mowerfor;
I off-season storage perform the following.
1. R emove mower from tractor. (See
Mower Installation and Removal sec-;
tion.)
2. C lean top and underside of mower to
remove all grass and dirt.
3. C oat all bare metal surfaces with a
good quality paint (available from;
your dealer) or a light coat of oil to
prevent rusting.
4. L ubricate mower (page 15).
5. C heck, sharpen and balance the mow¬
er blades (page 17).
