BESCHREIBUNG DES STREUERS
ORION 35 ALP
Streuer ist neu konstruiertes Fahrgerät, das
feine Verstreuerung besonders an
Grasflächen ausübt. Für die sichere
Anwendung ist das Gerät mit dem Schutze
ausrüstet, die die bewegliche Teile gegen
Umgebung schutzen. Streuer erfült auch die
Vorschrieften für europeische Sicherheit. Die
Betetigung ist aus den Schleppersitz
ausführt.
 Rahmen des Streuers ist aus die
Stahlprofilen verschweist und an Ashse
anpasst ist. Breite Spurweite garantiert
auch grösse Sabielitet besonders in
Gelände. Streuer wird über die
Gelenkwelle angeteibt. Antrib wird dann
an Betrieb des Kratzbodens und der
Streuvorrichtung verzweigt. Kratzboden
dient für die Bewegung des Dunges.
 Streuvorrichtung ist mit zwei
senkerechten Zylindern ausgeführt.
Streuvorrichtung wird mit
Segmentenfingern ausgerüstet, die leicht
wechselbar sind. Streuvorrichtung eignet
sich für feine und gleichmässige
Verteilung, was besonders bedeutig bei
der streuen des Dunges an Grasfläche
ist.
 Streuvorrichtung kann man leicht und
schnell mit hintene Wand wechseln
werden. So wird die Verwendung des
Streuers für Transport für verschiedene
Materialen vergrössert.
 Seitenwände werden über
Verrigelungsvorrichtung verschlosst. Die
Steuerrvorichtung braucht die
zusetzliche Verspannung nicht. Wenn
werden die Seitenwänden abnehmen,
kann man auch grossflächige Ladungen
transpoprtieren werden.
BASIC DESCRIPTION OF MANURE
SPREADERS ORION 35 ALP
The spreader has been designed according
to the new concept in order to improve the
quality of spreading especially on meadows.
The spreader is additionally equipped with
protections that prevent access to rotating
parts in order to assure safe work and
thereby its design complies with European
safety standards. All the operations can be
handled from the tractor seat.
 Manure spreader
's frame is welded of
steel profiles and mounted to the axles
with wider track, which provides safer
work even on moderate slopes. The
operating units of the machine are driven
by tractor outlet shaft which transmits
power thorough the PTO Shaft with a
safety clutch to the main gear-box. The
drive there divides to the right side - for
the drive of the chain conveyor and to
the left side-for the drive of the spreading
device. The scraping floor with a chain
conveyor transports the manure towards
the spreading device.
 Spreading device has 2 vertical
cylinders and is equipped with segment
fingers which are replaceable.
 Device is intended for even and fine
spreading which is of a special
importance when spreading the manure
on meadows.
 Spreading device can be easily and fast
removed and replaced by the rear side
board.
Thereby the spreader can be used for
transportation of various materials:
potatoes, beet or even silage if you add
extensions to the side boards.
 Closing of the side boards is done by
the closing handle entirely to the
spreading device , while there are no
support plates welded to the frame and
the spreading device does not need any
additional inclined tightness.
The spreaders with profile tin side
boards offer the possibility of removing
the side boards so that even wider loads
than the spreader itself can be loaded
on.
