DUNGSTREUER ALS
EINACHSLADEWAGEN
Dungstreuer kann man leicht im Ladewagen
verendert werden, wenn wird den
Streuvorrichtung abgenommen und eine
Hintenwand aufgestellen.
So der Streuer für die Vielzwecktransport
vorbereitet ist.
Hinweise:
1. Streuer wird an Schlepper
angeschlossen
2. Schrauben werden abgeschhraubt und
an linke Seite wird die
Streuvorrichtungschutz abgenommen.
3. Entspannen Sie der Kettenspanner und
die Kette abmehmen.
4. Klammern an beide Seiten werden
geöffnet.
5. Die Spannschraube werden bei dem
senkerechte Streuvorrichtung für die
Kette abgeschraubt.
6. Hydraulischer und elektrischer Auschluss
werden von die Streuvorrichtung
abgeschaltet.
7. Die Schrauben des Ekscenterbolzens
werden abgeschraubt, die Hebeln an
beide Seite des Streuvorrichtung werden
abgenommen.
8. Beleuchtungausrüstung wird an Streuer
versetzt.
9. Antriebschutz (Bild 6, poz. 9) befestigen.
MANURE SPREADER AS A
SINGLE-AXLE TRAILER
The spreader can be transformed into a
trailer by removing the spreading device and
inserting the rear side board instead. The
spreader is prepared for transportation of
field crops, sacks, etc. We do not
recommend you to transport sand, soil,
stones, etc.
When removing the spreading device
consider following order of precedence:
1. Connect the spreader to the tractor!
2. Unwind the screws and remove the
protection of the drive spreading device
on the left side.
3. Loosen the chain tightener and remove
the chain.
4. Open the closing clamps on each side.
5. Loosen the chain adjusting screw on the
vertical spreading device on the left side
first.
6. Disconnect the hydraulic and the electric
connection on the spreading device.
7. Unwind the handle screws of the
excenter bolt, release the levers on both
sides and remove the spreading device.
8. Place the lights to the spreader.
9. Fasten the drive protection with the
enclosed holder (fig. 9, pos. 11).
WARTUNG!
Weil der Streuvorrichtung schwer ist, müssen
Sie die Abnehmung mit mindesten 5.
Männern ausübt.
Streuvorrichtung kann nur ein Mann
abnehmmen, wenn er mit dem Kran und mit
Schlepperhydraulick arbaitet. Montage das
Streuvorrichtun leuft in gegensätliche
Richtung.
Bei der Montage der Antriebkette müssen Sie
warten, dass den Verbindungsklammer
richtig verdrecht ist. Montage ausüben Sie
bei auschlussenen Streuer an Schlepper,
weil Sie können mit Schwiringkeiten wegen
Schwerpunkt rechnan. Mit zusätzlichen
Wänden die leicht wechelber sind kann man
der Streuer als Silagetransporter verwendet
werden.
ATTENTION!
More persons should do the work owing to
large weight of the spreading device.
The spreading device can be removed
single-handed if you make a special support
or if you hang it on a chain and remove it with
the help of tractor
's hydraulics. To place the
spreading device to the spreader again,
follow the opposite order of precedence.
When mounting the drive chains, make sure
that the locking link is turned right so that it
can not fall off.
Mount the spreading device to the spreader
when it is connected to the tractor to avoid
tipping over of the spreader.
If you use the superstructure you get a silage
trailer. It can be used for the transport of
silage and similar field crops.. The
superstructure is easily removable by
disconnection of the clamps.
