SCHALTUNG DES
KRATZENBODES
Bewegung des Kratzenbodens wird mit dem
Bedinungshebel, der nach Länge und
Winckel einstellbar ist, angeschaltet.
Die Bewegung des Kratzenbodens ist
hinsichtlich an Streuerqualität,
Geschwindigkeit und Dungqualität
einstellbar.
STUTZRAD
Stutzrad ist am Anschlusstrebe befestigt und
über Schraubspindel noch Höche einstellbar
ist.
Das Rad ist eiber Gabeln und Bolzen
anschlusst. Vor Inbetriebnamhe muss er
gehöben und gesichert werden.
Bei der Abschliessung des Streuers muss
man zuerst der Stutzrad abgesenkt werden,
sofiell dass er festen an Boden steht und
dass Schlepperanschluss entlastet ist.
STELLUNG DES
ANSCHLUSSHEBEL
Mit Schrauben (Bild 5, Pos. 31) wird
Anschluss (Bild 5, Pos. 23) als oberer oder
hinter Anschluss verwendet.
Befestigungsmoment fü Mutteren M20 ist
385 Nm.
Der fester oder drehbarer Zug kann man
hinsichtlich an Schlepperanschusstelle
angepasst werden, was kann man an
geraden und festen Boden bei verstrebten
Steuer und absenkten Stutzrad ausgeführt
werden. Schrauben müssen befestigt
werden. Drehbere Zug. schutz den Schlepper
bei Streuerumschlagung, was besonder im
Gelände bedeutend ist.
SWITCH ON OF THE CHAIN
CONVEYOR
Movement of the chain conveyor can be
switched on by the handle for movement
setting. The length and the angle of the
handle are adjustable. The movement can be
set from minimal to maximal speed
according to the selected spreading, driving
speed, manure quality, etc.
SUPPORT WHEEL
The wheel is placed in a special fork, secured
by a pin. After connecting the spreader to the
tractor, lift up the support wheel and secure
it.
When disconnecting the spreader from the
tractor, lower the support wheel to the lower
position first and lift the hitch by the help of
the spindle to the extent that the towing eye
gets released in the tractor hitch.
HITCH ADJUSTMENT
The hitch (fig. 5, pos. 23) can be turned into
upper or lower hitch, which depends on the
tractor type. In order to do this you should
unwind the screws (fig. 5, pos. 31).
Tightening moment of the nut M20 is to be
set at 385 Nm.
The height of the towing eye, which can be
fixed or swivel, is adjustable according to the
height of the tractor hitch. Make all the
adjustments when the spreader is on flat
ground and supported by the support wheel.
Tighten the screws well after every
adjustment. The swivel towing eye protects
the spreader against tipping over which may
occur when working and driving on slopes.
