2.4 Hydraulic hitch up
For the mower the tractor needs:
– Four connections for two double circular systems
(1,2) for swimming position of the cutter bars.
– Hydraulic connection for hydraulic discharge of
the cutter bars (3).
– Before starting the hydraulic hitch on
tractor's hydraulic no medium under
pressure is to be in the hydraulic
system neither on machine's nor on
tractor's side.
– Connect the hydraulic tubes into the hydraulic
connections on the tractor.
– Pay attention to clean and dry clamp.
Dirt may cause untightness and
damage.
– The minimum required operating
pressure of the tractor is 140 bar and
the maximum permitted is 200 bar.
2.5 Placing the string for cutter bar protection in
the transport position into the tractor's cabine
– The strings (1,2) must always be
loose. This prevents the switch-off of
the mechanism and the movement of
the cutter bar into another position if
pulled unintentionally. High risk of
injury!
2.6 Connection of lighting equipment
– Connect the electrical plug to a clean and dry
socket on the tractor.
– Check the operation of the lighting equipment.
