EMERGENCY BUTTON
This is an option on handhelds that helps ensure complete control of
operations whenever an emergency stop of the application is required.
By pressing the button, the CONTROLLER switches off and all outputs are
reset. To reactivate the system it is necessary to release the button and
then press START.
LEDS
Among the various warnings, the LEDs are the most visual and immediate
so they are located at the top of the handheld.
GREEN LED
Indicates the presence of radio transmission and active CloseLink. It also
lights up when a function key is pressed when the activity is in progress
(if this does not happen, the batteries are probably flat or START was not
pressed before).
RED LED
This indicates that the batteries are almost empty and must be replaced
(see p. 6). Always check the correct insertion of the batteries according to
the polarity indicated inside the compartment.
YELLOW LED
It is mainly used for systems with
SafetyPoint™
or to indicate the CHANGE
PAGE function.
The handheld is also equipped with a twilight sensor (it is
not a LED, it does not light up) which detects the intensity
of light in the environment.
