• Make sure the lift is connected to the ground
• Make sure the working area is free from people and objects
• Grease sliding seats of blocks placed under platforms and on bases
• Verify that the control unit is powered
• Pour oil in the tank (about 16 liters more than one time)
• Feed the compressed air
• Feed the lift by Power Switch
• Verify that the motor direction of rotation is that shown on the label by pushing the lifting
button. IF MOTOR GETS HOT OR SOUNDS PECULIAR, STOP IMMEDIATELY AND
RECHECK THE ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS
7.8.2 BLEEDING (ref. Fig. 16)
Pay much attention: refill the oil if not enough during this procedure.
After adjusting level of the lift, reset ordinary operating conditions.
• Turn on the leveling cutoff cock 1;
• Turn off the leveling cutoff cock 2;
• Press UP button: the master platform (the
platform with the master cylinder: the left side
from the view toward the vehicle head) is raised
and in the meantime the salve platform (the
platform with the salve cylinder: the right side
from the view toward the vehicle head) is kept
unmoved (the slave cylinder is not fed the
hydraulic oil in this time);
• Press DOWN1 button to lower the master
platform (the left side from the view toward the
vehicle head) until the lift reaches the minimum
height;
• If the safety height limit switch is installed, the lift will stop when the lift reaches the safety
height. In this case, lower the lift completely by pushing DOWN2 button. During this
procedure the beeper is activated and remains active during the lift lowering
• Raise the master platform until the cylinder bottoms out and stops
• Turn off the leveling cutoff cock 1;
• Turn on the leveling cutoff cock 2;
• Press UP button to raise the slave platform (the right side from the view toward the vehicle
head) until the platform reaches the maximum height
• Press DOWN1 button to lower the slave platform to the safety height
• Press DOWN2 button to lower the slave platform completely
• Raise the slave platform until the cylinder bottoms out and stops
• Repeat raise and lower the slave platform completely at least 5 times
• Raise the left platform at the same height as the right platform.
• Turn on the leveling cutoff cock 1;
• Turn off the leveling cutoff cock 2;
• Lower the lift completely
• Raise and lower the lift at lease one time to check the level of platforms. If not leveled, repeat
above procedure.
