N7 autopilot’s ArduPilot serial port mapping are listed below:
SERIAL 0
USB port
SERIAL 1
UART2 (Telemetry port 1)
SERIAL 2
USER port, disabled.
SERIAL 3
UART1 (GPS1 port)
SERIAL 4
UART4 (GPS2, Telemetry port 4 / I2C)
SERIAL 5
USER port, disabled.
SERIAL 6
UART7 (Debug port)
SERIAL 7
USB2 (virtual port on same connector)
Mark
TELEM 1 port provides RTS / CTS pins, other UART ports does not.
