Read and understand these instructions thoroughly before working with the CMPT CTU.
The CMPT CTU should be installed by persons qualified to work with electrical
instrumentation.
Caution - Damage or injury can result
The CMPT CTU is powered by 24 V DE. Do not apply higher voltage.
Higher voltage (110240 V AC) power may exist in the same proximity as the
CMPT CTU. Use caution to avoid contact with any voltage source.
Make sure that the CMPT CTU is installed in an environment within its
specifications (see section "Specifications")
Lightning strikes, power surges and other electrical anomalies can damage this device.
For the protection of your equipment, SKF recommends the power connections be
made through a surge protector.
