10.2 Packing the Inverter
If possible, always pack the inverter in its original packaging. If this is no longer available, you can
also use an equivalent box. The box must be completely closeable and suitable for the weight and
size of the inverter.
10.3 Storing the Inverter
Store the inverter in a dry place where ambient temperatures are always between
‒25°C and +60°C.
10.4 Disposing of the inverter
Dispose of the inverter at the end of its service life in accordance with the disposal regulations for
electronic waste which apply at the installation site at that time. Alternatively, send it back to
SMA Solar Technology AG with shipping paid by sender, and labelled "ZUR ENTSORGUNG"
("For Disposal") (see Section 13"Contact" (page77)).
