z Check that the strainer is not clogging in regular interval.
z Check the concentration of the bath liquid in regular interval.
(Concentration of Ethylene glycol must be lower than 50%)
z Replace the bath liquid in regular interval.
Work sequence when replace the bath liquid or clean the strainer
1.Power off 6-2-1参照

3.Check strainer and cleaning of bath

4.Fill liquid

5.Check liquid surface waving
