The resections are performed using a special
13 mm wide saw blade.
The saw blade is inserted up to the RT 45
mark.
Note
Protect the vessels and nerves in the popliteal
fossa.
In the case of the guide for sizes 4–10, make
the anterior box cut in the saw slot of the re-
spective size.
Following, the box saw guide is removed.
