Pulse Oximetry Monitoring
Insert the sensor cable connector into the port located on top of the device.1.
Press the 2. On/O key (

) to turn the oximeter on.
Place the sensor on the monitoring site.3.

Pulse Volume
From monitoring mode, use Up/Down arrow keys (1.

) to raise or lower pulse beep volume.
Continue to press the Down key to silence the pulse tone completely.2.
Silencing Alarms
Audible alarms can be silenced for two (2) minutes.1.
To silence the alarm tone, briey press the Alarm Silence key (2.

).
The Alarm Silence indicator will light solid for the rst minute and 45 seconds, then ash the last 15 seconds.3.
To cancel the 2-minute silence, briey press the Alarm Silence key (4.

).
NOTE: The Alarm Silence key will not aect visual alarm indicators or pulse tone.
Changing the Alarm Limits
To change the alarm limits, press the 1. Menu key (
) until the desired parameter’s alarm limit is displayed.
Press the up or down key (2.

) to increase or decrease the setting.
Press the 3. Menu key (
) to advance to the next alarm limit.
To exit, press the 4. Exit key (
) or wait 20 seconds until the patient reading is displayed.
Entering Setup Menu
Power oximeter on by pressing the 1. On/O key (

) located on the device’s upper right side.
When the patient number (Example: 2. P1) is displayed, press and hold the Exit key ( ) and then
press the Menu key (
).
The Averaging Menu will be the rst option. 3. AVG will be displayed. Release the Exit key (
).
