Why Snap-On ECKO remote lock is not responding but the remote lights up?
    • J
      Jessica WatsonAug 2, 2025
If your Snap-On Security System remote lights up but doesn't respond, several factors could be the cause. The remote battery might be low, so try removing and reinstalling or replacing it. Ensure the receiver module is receiving power by checking the AC/DC adapter and connections. The remote may be out of range, so move closer to the TSU. You can also try resetting it by unplugging and re-plugging the remote lock cord on the back of the ECKO receiver and TSU. It's also possible that the remote is not paired with the receiver module; in that case, consult the Remote pairing section of the manual.
