— The USB Adaptor will automatically shut down
when a short circuit occurs.
Operating Tips
The USB Adaptor should only be operated in location that
are:
• DRY - Do not allow water or other liquids to come into
contact with USB Adaptor.
• COOL - Surrounding air temperature should ideally be
32°-104° F (0°-40 °C) Keep it away from direct sunlight,
when possible.
• WELL VENTILATED - Keep the area surrounding the USB
Adaptor clear to ensure free air circulation around the
engine starter. Do not place items on or over the USB
Adaptor during operation. It will shut down if its internal
temperature gets too hot. It will auto-reset after it cools
down.
• SAFE - Do not use the USB Adaptor near flammable
materials or in any locations that may accumulate
flammable fumes or gases. This is an electrical appliance
that can briefly spark when electrical connections are
made or broken
Battery Pack Protection
To maximize performance and battery life, the Lithium-
Ion battery’s protection circuit monitors battery voltage,
discharge amperage and temperature. When the battery
voltage falls below the usable range, the battery will shut
off. The battery needs charging. If the battery’s discharge
amperage limit is reached, due to excessive load, the
protection circuit will shut down the engine starter and a
message will be displayed.
