Trouble Shooting Problems
Before calling for service, review this list. The list includes common occurrences that are not the result of defective
workmanship or materials in the unit.
Beverage dispenser does not run
• Ensure Plug is tightly pushed into electrical
outlet.
• The fuse is disconnected or blown.
• Check/Replace fuse with a 15-amp time delay
fuse. Reset Circuit Breaker.
• The beverage dispenser controls are turned to
“Stop”.
Beverage dispenser is too cold
• Set beverage dispenser to a warmer setting.
Allow 24 hours for temperature to stabilize.
Adjust as needed.
Beverage dispenser is too warm
• Set beverage dispenser to a colder setting. Allow
24 hours for temperature to stabilize. Adjust as
needed.
• The unit is exposed in sunlight directly or there
is blockage around it.
• The door is not properly closed or opened too
frequently.
Beverage dispenser is noisy or vibrates
• The unit is not level (adjust feet)
• Floor is weak
• The equipment is touching a wall or other
objects.
• The accessories are not properly placed.
• THERE IS FARADIC ELECTRICITY OUTSIDE THE
EQUIPMENT
• The equipment is not grounded.
Condensate water outside the unit
• Humidity in the air. Clean up water.
Sounds like water flowing in the unit
• Caused by the flow of refrigerant when the
compressor stops. Not a problem
• Visually check for tilted cans within the
shelves. Look for empty spot in can line-up.
• Straighten cans or tap the shelves to get the
cans to roll into place.
• Unscrew top bar to remove shelves down to
the area where cans are tilted. Straighten
cans. Re-insert shelves. Make sure they lock
into place by gently tugging the shelf. Place
screws back onto bar to lock shelves in place.
