WEAR
GLOVES!
Install
sharpened
or
replacement
blade
with
compo¬
nents
in
same
sequence
as
removed.
Make
sure
that
the
flange
on
each
side
of
blade
fits
over
the
edge
of
the
BLADE
BAR
when
installing.
Do
not
substitute
any
components
here.
Tighten
the
blade
retaining
capscrews
to
20-30
foot
pounds
torque
value.

REMOVING
&
INSTALLING
MOWER
The
mower
is
attached
to
the
tractor
and
leveled
at
the
factory.
If
the
mower
is
to
be
removed
for
cutting
blade
service,
or
to
install
another
attachment,
be
sure
that
the
mower
settings
remain
unchanged.
TO
REMOVE
MOWER:
1.
Lower
deck
to
lowest
position.
2.
Remove
hairpin
from
FRONT
LIFT
BRACKET
CABLE
clevis
pin.

washers
from
REAR
LIFT
ARM
CABLES.

Remove
hairpins
and
clevis
pins
from
FRONT
LIFT
ARMS.

out

Reverse
Steps

thru

to
reinstall
mower.

REMOVAL
1.
Tilt
hood
forward.
2.
Remove
hood
cable
clip
from
engine.

Lift
hood
off
pins.
4.
Reinstall
hood
in
reverse
order.
