  Your Snapper Lawn Mower might not start due to several reasons. The battery might not be charged, so ensure you charge it. The battery might not be fully inserted, therefore check the connection and make sure it clicks into place. Also, grass might be jammed between the deck and blade, in this case, remove the battery and check under the deck for jams. In some cases the switch can be defective or the battery may require service or replacement, for these cases you can call the tollfree helpline, at 1-800-317-7833 or replace battery.

  Your Snapper Lawn Mower might be hard to push because the grass is too tall, or the cutting height is set too low, in this case, raise the cutting height. Also, the rear of the grass catcher bag might be dragging in thick grass, so empty the grass clippings from the grass catcher bag.
