How to fix Snapper Lawn Mower when the engine will not turnover or start?
- MMaria BurtonAug 5, 2025
If your Snapper Lawn Mower engine won't turnover or start, make sure you fully push down on the brake pedal. Also, check if the fuel tank is empty; if so, let the engine cool and then fill it. Ensure the PTO switch is in the OFF position and the cruise control knob is in the NEUTRAL/OFF position. If the engine is flooded, disconnect the choke. If these steps don't work, the battery may be discharged or dead, so charge or replace it. Finally, visually inspect the wiring for any loose or broken connections; if found, consult an Authorized Service Dealer.
