What to do if my SnowEx Bulk-Pro 1875 Spreader motor doesn’t run?
    • J
      jennifermillerAug 9, 2025
If the motor of your SnowEx Spreader isn’t running, there could be several reasons. It could be due to loose or poor electrical connections, so check and clean or replace them. A blown fuse could also be the cause, so replace the fuse. The motor may be seized, requiring replacement. A controller shutdown, possibly due to a jammed auger, could also be the reason; carefully clear any jammed material. Also check for electrical shorts or bare wires. If all else fails, the controller might have failed, and you may need to replace it.

Why is my SnowEx Spreader beeping and showing OL?

      Gavin KingAug 14, 2025
If your SnowEx Spreader's audible alarm is beeping and the display shows 'OL', it indicates a jammed auger causing an overload shutdown. To resolve this, turn the spreader off for three seconds, then restart it. If the shutdown continues, turn off the controller and clear any debris and lumps from the auger areas.

Why is material not flowing from my SnowEx Bulk-Pro 1875 hopper?
    • R
      Ray JosephSep 3, 2025
If material isn't flowing from your SnowEx Spreader hopper, it could be due to a few reasons. The hopper might be empty, so you should fill it. Alternatively, the material could be wet, in which case you should replace it with dry material. It could also be frozen or coarse, requiring replacement with suitable material.
